Commodity: White Cane Sugar ICUMSA 45 for human Consumption.
Origin: Brazil and South America.
Specification:
• Icumsa 45RBU attention index unit method no : 4-1978-Polarization 99.8% min.-Ash content 0.04% max.
• Reducing sugar 0.05% Max -Max as 1 P.P.M.-Max OS 2 P.P.M.-Max CU 3 P.P.M.-HPN staph Aureus nil.
• Substance crystal max -Solubility 100% dry and free flowing-Sediments none-Smell free of any smell.
• Granulation fine to medium -Magnetic particles MG/K4-SO MG/K20-Radiation normal without presence of cesium or iodine: Certified -no poisonous seed/phytosanitary certificate of no radiation, no virus, no insect parts, husks, no poisonous matter and non genetic and is suitable for human consumption.
Packing: In new sacks of 50 kg. PP. Polyethylene (PE) Liner, in slings or on pallets suitable for ocean transportation. Seller will provide 2% extra bags extra bags with the shipment to be paid at the same metric ton unit price within +/- 5% (plus or minus five percent) allowed in the contract. Bags to be labeled in English Language indicating: 1) Net weight, 2) Sugar Cane ICUMSA 45, 3) Country of Origin, 4) No producer name.
Delivery: As established in contract. Shipment will take place 1 days after receiving an acceptable financial instrument.
Loading Port : To be determined by seller according with seller’s logistics.
Inspection: SGS or equivalent done by exporter (Seller) at loading port.
Destination-Incoterms: Any safe world port, non USA sanctioned (ASWP) in the world, designated by the buyer and approved by the seller. Buyer will also provide full port specifications, requirements and limitations. Final port destinations will be subject to seller’s approval in writing. Buyer shall provide a certificate warranting that buyer guaranties at
its own expense and at its own risk of costs, expenses and penalty to have proper import permission arranged prior to vessel departure, if applicable.
Minimum Discharge Rate: ASWP with a minimum discharge rate of 1,500 mt (one thousand and five hundred metric tons) per day, if the port is not ASWP, a prior authorization in writing by seller will be required on the non ASWP destination port before the shipping order is issued by the buyer to the seller.
First Shipment: First shipment will start within 15(fifteen) to 45 (forty-five) days after seller’s bank has verified the LC payable at sight at buyer’s
bank. Seller reserves the right to make an earlier first shipment to buyer, as long as seller notifies buyer within at least 15 (fifteen) days prior to shipment.
Regular monthly shipments: After first shipment, every following calendar and consecutive month the seller will continue to supply the monthly product delivery until the total contracted quantity is delivered to buyer.
